Kaspian Education Center LLC is a professional training center dedicated to enhancing the knowledge and skills of seafarers. Established in 2021, the center operates under licenses from the relevant state authorities of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Our mission is to issue certificates to seafarers and prepare them for watchkeeping in accordance with the requirements of the STCW-1978 Convention.

In a short period of time, the Training Center formed a professional team and developed educational programs and teaching materials that meet modern standards. During this period, the Training Center also created new opportunities for cooperation with companies operating in the maritime field and undertook various improvement initiatives.

Considering that 80 percent of the world's shipments are carried out by sea and the growing demand in this field, we aim to provide you with quality training and maritime consulting services that meet high standards and requirements.
